The Travis Law Firm has extensive experience in the areas of both commercial and residential construction litigation. The Firm has represented engineers, architects, developers, contractors, and insurance companies in a variety of construction cases ranging from construction defects to general contract disputes. The Firm is often involved in drafting contracts and advising clients on contract bidding issues for both residential and commercial projects, and the posting of construction bonds in connection with commercial construction projects. The Firm is a member of Greater Houston Builders Association, Texas Builders Association, National Builders Association while Greg Travis is a member of Houston Engineering and Scientific Society, and has served as Council Member to the Construction Law Section of The Houston Bar Association.
